Registration

• Can I have a visa letter for my visa application?

For sure, ask the LOC iram2020nice@iram.fr. Don’t forget to give all details you need on your visa letter.

• I’m not available the first day of the conference, can I come one day later?

Yes, but the registration fee will still be 200€ (or 150€ reduced fee). Thank you to inform the LOC of your late arrival.

Abstract Submission & posters

• If selected for a talk, can I also bring a poster?

Yes, if poster and talk are on different scientific topics and if the SOC has selected both proposals.

• Size, limitations to be taken into consideration before creation of my poster?

• When should I hang up and take down my poster?

Ideally, on arrival (Sunday) at the registration desk, or during the 1st coffee break.

• What happens if I forgot to bring my poster, can I print it out on the conference site?

No “big” printer is available at the hotel, try not to forget your poster.

Payment

• Is it possible to pay on-line?

NO, only wire transfers are possible.

• Is it possible to pay on the first day of the conference?

NO, this is NOT possible.
